About Us

Established in 1948, Crouch Recovery has grown from a family run business with David and Barbara Crouch running a local filling station and recovery service to one of the biggest and fastest growing recovery operators in the UK, now spanning three generations.

Operating from our headquarters in Kibworth, we cover Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire with our 8 depots.

Further afield, our strong network of compliant agents provides services covering the length and breadth of the UK and Europe and is managed through our 24 hour, 7 days a week control room call centre.

All European work is dealt with from our control room, down to the last detail, including ferry bookings etc. All our staff are professionally trained and a personal service is guaranteed. Speed and efficiency are essential in this type of work and the Company’s reputation is built on this.

We are proud of our well maintained fleet of light/heavy recovery units, slide beds, accident units, mobile cranes and low loaders and they are always on stand-by to deal with any situation or incident. Breakdowns, road traffic incidents, wheel changes, bus and coach movements and trailer repairs are all in a day’s work! We also have extensive storage facilities and a dedicated storage team who will liaise with all authorities, insurance companies and salvage agents on your behalf.

In addition to our extensive list we also specialise in all types of heavy winching and lifting scenarios, whether it be extracting a vehicle from a riverbed, field or railway, putting an artic back onto its wheels or trans-shipping a load. Nothing is beyond us!
